Can you help me understand how guys are ranked within a specfic category? For example let's take RBs in Tier 2. The average draft position doesn't go in numerical order...should I take all of the RBs within this tier as essentially interchangeable, or rely on the better ADP?

In theory this is the case. That assumes the tiers are organized well.

Pretty much interchangeable. Within the tiers are my preferences on who i would take in order. you can move them around and base it off of ADP, Consistency and the metrics.

Are people worried about achanes injury situation? Reading the tea leaves, when one of my turns comes up I'm gonna have a choice between achane or Josh Jacobs. We're a 0.5 PPR and pretty much any ranking system has achane as higher, but man his health scares me. I don't want to invest that high of a pick on a dude that's gonna be out half the year

It's a risk, but you have to balance that with the rest of your team. When he was healthy last year and with Tua, he was RB1 in those weeks.
If you go with a hand you have to balance later with consistency/boring like James conner as a just in case

Had 11th pick and kept Jefferson with that pick then took Achane in the 2nd. I'm excited that he was there and had no problems taking him. Injury is a risk but its a risk with all players. Achane can be a league winner.

last year was my first time using this sheet and I did again last night for our draft. It got me thinking...do you ever go back after a season ends and see how accurate it was? Not going line by line since that would be hella time consuming but do you ever give it a quick glance and see what things were spot on and what was way off to see if any formulas need tweaking?

I only ask becuase I used this spreadsheet pretty heavily in my draft but it later occurred to me I have no idea how beneficial it actually is lol. i did finish 3rd last year so it has already helped me at some point though
