Ah I see

I like how Godwin closed out last season, especially against the Saints. 10/209/1 in his last two games, todd monken has been raving about him, there is opps in that pass game to be had.

Golladay's tape is jumping out in TC, looks like a different guy. Running all types of routes like a complete WR. One of my bold predictions might be he leads DET in receiving

of course this could just be swing and miss year 2 guys like devante parker, doctson type of guy

Yep it’s generally guys you’ll end up dropping anyway. Gotta swing for the fences in those rounds

You think Ertz takes a step back this year? I’ve been targetting him in my mocks

I feel like Trey Burton in CHI could possibly have a breakout year. He’s someone to keep an eye on as well

I’m with you on Cooper. Seems like he and Nelson will provide a nice 1/2 punch for Carr

Also: I like Godwin out in SF. By all accounts, he’s gonna be one of Jimmy G’s top targets this year

Metrics still suggest Theo is one of the top pass catching backs in the league. We know what Blount can do around the GL. Patricia may have that NE backfield mold in his head and it could Be a doozy

theo has also shown that he fades greatly down the stretch, guy simply can't handle a lot of touches. Blount is blount, and last year he really wasn't all that efficient in the hammer role.

I think Kerryon is the only guy currently on the roster that can be a 3 down back, looked good in the passing game last week as well. Theo maintains his role but I think Johnson is your touch leader

Joe Mixon (32 adp RB15) watch him take a pass in the right flat, effortlessly shake defenders & walk into the end zone. He’s shed weight & is moving well. Trust your eyes & don’t be afraid to grab him over Gordon, Freeman, McCoy & especially McKinnon.

Agree, I think he's a 1st round pick next year.

quote:

Amari Cooper (45 adp WR18) still very young & working to get over dropsies. But with Crabtree going he’ll see the easy completions & redzone looks Crab garnered from Carr. Can also win deep. Marty Bryant is by all reports not impressing, & Cooper remains the one guy Carr has a rapport with. I am taking him before guys like fitz, Arob, Tyreek, & DT88, all whom are playing new QBs

I hope so, but I still don't trust him or Carr. Would love to see it. If I went rb rb and landed cooper as my #1 I could get on board.

quote:

Evan Engram (adp 61 TE6) I don’t think his TE6 status is that insulting, but I’m inclined to think he works his way into top 3 TE status this year. Certainly taking him before Delanie Walker, who is going right ahead of him, as well as Olsen & Ertz. I’m treating him as a WR who can play TE, late 3rd-early 4th Rd value. I see many people fishing for a QB around here cause the “top end” talent drops off. Look hard at Ingram!!!

TE is so deep this year. I got Olsen I think in the 5th or 6th round and was happy, but still could have waited. I drafted Engram as a sleeper last year. Still believe in him, just not an Eli fan.

since OBJ entered the NFL in 2014, Manning has averaged 5.7 more fantasy points, 0.58 more TD passes, and 49.1 more yards per game with Beckham in the lineup than without.

Gotta think odell, beefed up OL, and Barkley help Eli. Dumping McAdoo may be the biggest. Good article on The Atheltic about pat shumur and the positive effect he should have on Eli

Joe Flacco credited John Brown for his renewed success throwing deep during training camp.

Flacco has struggled down the field in recent years, but he has been having success against the Ravens' stout secondary all camp. "I really think that’s a credit to [Brown] and just how well he can get off the ball and get going vertical and put those DBs in a bad position," Flacco said. "He’s just been doing a great job of beating guys off the line and showing guys what he’s made of." Brown's career was derailed by injuries in Arizona, but he is healthy now and earning daily praise in camp. He is a great late-round flier.

more great reviews on brown's camp

I just can’t do it and there’s no way I would take him ahead of any of these guys. I had Cooper last year and held on to him for far too long hoping he would get it together and he never did and dropped him, just to see other people pick him up and get burned like I did.

It’s a new year bubba

If you want to reference last year, you don’t mind going back to his first two seasons as well, where he averaged

78/1112/6

Which is 237 PPR points

Which would’ve ranked as WR10 last year, sandwiched right behind Adam Thielen and in front of AJ Green

With that line of thinking you missed out on Gurley last year after his terrible 2016 season

I’m in a 1/2 ppr league highly considering Mixon at with my 2nd round pick (17 overall). Depends on the WR’s available, but I think Mixon blows up this year.

I took him at 3.25, but knew my league. I’d do it if my guys were off the board

He’s my RB10 right now PPR

Bell
Zeke
Kamara
David Johnson
Gurley
Fournette
Barkley
Cook
McCaffery
Mixon

I got both DJ and mixon as my RB1 and RB2 in one league. I had Guice as RB3 but now ajayi is my RB3
