Drop Hogan or Baldwin for DeSean Jackson?

Nobody has Jackson right now. Should I drop Hogan or Baldwin for him?
What’s the outlook for Baldwin?
At the same time Hogan may disappear once Edelman returns.

How shallow of a league are we talking about in which Jackson is on waivers and your most reasonable drop options are Hogan and Baldwin?

What do you mean? 10 team league. Also have Michael Thomas and Diggs

I guess it’s amateur hour over here. Assume nobody’s noticed him yet. So should I pick him up and drop Baldwin or Hogan?

Do you have anyone else to drop? I've got DeSean in two leagues and don't have any confidence in starting him based on having him a number of years. He is always a boom or bust guy. I'll probably have to start him next week and he'll undoubtedly get like 4 points.
