I love this guy's videos. This looks simple, but delicious

89 years old and still teaching people how to cook. What a career. I love the simplicity of the videos he is doing from home like this one.

Presentation is so simple, but so dressed up for tuna salad. I love it

I would love that. Made me get in my feelings with him looking and sounding old, he has been old since I became aware of him, but never really seemed to age.

He's really likeable because he cooks like home cooks cook. He doesn't use a different utensil for each task and uses/reuses what's within reach.

I love watching his videos. They are short and get to the point. I've made his leek and potato soup a number of times. I use butter and more leeks, but it still amazes me how good it is because it's made from potato flakes.

So Chili paste and horseradish salad with a little bit of tuna.
That looks horrible.
That looks horrible.
