Lobster heads

My son just sent me a pic of a disassembled lobster head and asked me if I'd eat the "lobster guts" from the head. I've rarely had lobster but when I have, never really thought of treating the head like a crawfish, mainly because they usually aren't seasoned like crawfish. What's the FDB board say?
