323/237.2

Lost half a pound, so my night out of the hermit cave went great.

Unfortunately Degas, When I eat, I look like Rabban yanking that eyeball out of the socket and throwing the midget to the ground

Hopefully when I'm done I'll have the body of Sting!

Since this is a dieting thread, it's appropriate to quote an ancient Fremen Proverb:

"ash-hal takul sayim tusbih", which translated to English is "No matter how much you eat you wake up fasting"

227.6 this AM. Stayed on the diet all weekend, no cheat meals, just one small glass of scotch on Friday and Saturday nights.

ETA: Eating breakfast right now and just wanted to say that Tiger Sauce on eggs is the shite

Last week I did not count calories or get to the gym. I still managed to watch what I ate, no fast food, no cokes, no sweets etc.

Weigh-in this morning 232.4/225.2. I am down 7.2 still on track for around a 2lbs loss per week. Back to tracking what I eat and going to get to the gym this week.

It does seem we have lost a few of the early posters.

323/236

Like any good 12 step program, we welcome all newcomers and anyone returning that fell off the wagon.

i remember during morgan spurlock's "supersize me" crap, some chick lost like 40 pounds eating only mcdonald's food every meal .. she just watched her calorie count and didn't even exercise ... i have always been a MAJOR believer in cutting calories and moving more ... hell, read the labels on twinkies and doritos .. i know there's no cholesterol in doritos .. i am sure there is some in the cream filling in the twinkies .. but there is some nutritional value in both ... certainly you couldn't live on that stuff the rest of your life .. but you can eat what you want and lose weight as long as you watch your calories ... i think you can take in 2100 calories a day and walk three miles a day and still lose weight ..

I use the website: LINK every day. It has the actual government labels for just about any food you can imagine.

Thanks Daygo, great website. I overdid it this weekend, serious deprivation for a while.
