Gino's is a very cool place.

I liked the pizza pretty well. It's truly a "pie" in Chicago.

Coater has been to a fairly new place in Flora that he liked. We have not been there, but it is on our list of "where can we go tonight?" places

Yeah railroad pizza co is legit. I'm also a fan of the Debra at newks.
The one pizza that has stuck out as being exceptional to me is the pepperoni pizza at via Napoli in Epcot.

My favorite pizza ever is a pepperoni pizza from West Main in Houma.

Another of my favorites is a little place in Roxborough/Manayunk just outside Philadelphia called Pizzeria Dimeo's. Margherita pizza there is probably the best I've ever eaten.

I haven't had pizza in exciting or exotic places, so I'll have to go with the Cajun Executioner from Deano's, with the olive oil crust. Thin, crispy, cracker like crust and plenty of flavorful toppings. Pepperoni, hot sausage, spicy shrimp, onions, bell peppers, jalapenos.

Fellini's in Atlanta is pretty damn good.

Best deep dish I ever had was Giordano's (spchk?) in Chicago.

Roby's in Sardinia. I don't know what style... it was a little pizza place on a tiny island called La Maddalena. Roby made some of the best pizza I've ever tasted.

My favorite pub was right around the corner. The bartender would send me over to Roby with a couple of drinks and he'd send a pizza back to the bar. I miss that place.

It was a little pizza place on Stanton Island. There was a case holding pizzas, similar to a donut case. The crust was cooked and the toppings were added, you purchased the slices you wanted and they threw it in the over to complete the cook. The piece of pie that sticks in my mind was tomatoes, mozzarella, and olive oil. So simple yet so good...

I used to get pretty much the same thing in Italy all the time. It was called pizza Margherita. The only difference is they added a little basil on top.

Now I'm hungry.

Yea, I have had it plenty of times, but this cooking technique left the cheese slightly melted but still in chunks. It was different from everywhere else I have ever had it.

It's funny how your taste buds change with age

If you would asked me 25 years ago, I would have said Mr Gattis or Shakeys. They could do no wrong.

I've never eaten pizza when I've gone on trips, so I'm in no way well travelled pizza eater...

That being said, if you ever find yourself about 50 miles south of Memphis and 10 miles north of Batesville on I-55 in the middle of bumfrick nowhere there's a little town called Sardis, and on their Main Street is a brick oven place called Tribecca Allie Cafe that's incredible. I had the calzone the only time I went, but my wife's pizza was awesome too. Afterwards, go next door to the little desert shop.

Lucali in Brooklyn is my current #1. It is just stupid how good it is.

Favorite takeout is probably the square pepperoni from Prince Street Pizza in Manhattan
