Fantastic in the air fryer, halved and go to town with all the above. S&P and olive oil, maybe some bacon, balsamic, any sort of seasoning you like.

My husband makes really good Brussels sprouts

Big fan of Brussels sprouts. Had what is probably my favorite version a few weeks ago in Golden, Colorado. They were mixed with some thinly sliced Granny Smith apples and finished with a honey sherry glaze. Absolutely delicious.
In BR, my go to is from Rocca.
Also super easy to roast or saute yourself with EVOO and seasonings.
