Was just about to say this lol. Was a leaper and hornets/wasps. Brother was down and had to crawl in. I’m fricking popping smokes. Good time.

I just beat the tutorial and then i completed first quest. Solo random just walks in the extraction bay and exits with me. No words spoken. Games kind of boring so far. I'll play a few more raids.

Just material donations from what I saw. Donate scrap for merit and it adds to a community progress bar. When the bar completes, Stella Montis will be open.
Not sure what merit is used for but it appears to be some sort of event currency

I think the big turning point for me, once it started to feel stale and redundant, was when I finally said screw it and ignored my gear fear. I made the decision to just load up with decent weapons, go in with the intent to destroy and not care if I lose it. I've been enjoying it ever since.
It's definitely more of a slow burn type of game. It's stealth and avoidance driven, so you won't enjoy it if that's not your jam.

Yup. That first week was getting my feet wet. Hiding in a bush by an evac. Now….im on top of the elevator begging for a shot. I’m more afraid of arcs at this point as they kill me more.
Plus im all about the feat creds and they have upped the dmg to players. frick it pew pew pew.

Just picked this up. Never done an extraction shooter. Anything to focus on early on or just jump in and let the gaming gods be my guide?

Use the hell out of your free loadouts. Loot everything early. Sell off as much as you can get by with to get money and upgrade your stash to where you can horde more. You should start with 5k and that will be enough to upgrade your stash right off the rip.

I would say follow your quests and let the game work itself out for you. Then get in some squad matches with us. It just takes time to get the feel and understanding of it.
Like you this is my first extraction. I’m used to Fortnite, so this was a complete changeup for me

What level you think we should be at? I was sick the beginning of this week and played here or there solo. Think I’m around 35 now. Saw yall on a few times but I was not feeling up to talking and shite.
