I’ve been working on the quest MSM suggested for the chick farm. Finally beat Godrick and was able to get started. Took me about 5 hours and then next hour and a half looking for The Four Belfries. I still can’t find the damn place. Had to take a break

Not a bad idea. I mostly use sorceries and the Dark Moon greatsword. If you’re looking for a katana, I highly recommend the Moonveil katana. The boss is a pain in the arse though

I'm a strength build but decided to add points to be able to combine incantations to aid me. I need 10 more levels to get me to where I want. Man it's a grind but it's worth it.

I'm using a strength build too. Which incantations are you interested in using?
Haha, everyone on that chicken grind! I see so many player phantoms with bows running to the cliff when I'm there.

It took me a few days, but I go there. Thanks to MSM and ElRoos for the help the Gradted Scion was kicking my arse but I got him this morning and made it to the huge crow and have been knocking him off the ledge

Had a productive late night last night. Beat Malenia on the third try, Malekith on the 2nd try, Gideon on the first and Godfrey the first elden lord on the first try. Tons of souls obtained

Any time you start feeling gud or overpowered in this game they are quick to put you back in your place. In my case, I spent all day trying to beat Radagon and the Elden Beast yesterday and only managed to get the beast down to about 33% health.
Black Knife Tiche+10 is doing better than my Mimic Tear +10 but still can’t get over the hump with my strength build. The Beast is really tough to get up close to in order to get enough L2 hits on him

I'd try to handle Radagon 1v1, summon Black Knife Tiche right after beating Radagon, then have Tiche solely for the beast. Radagon does too much damage to Tiche that it ends up being wasted on him. Not sure if you've tried this but this is my best method.

This is a timely piece of advice, as I was talking to a buddy of mine last night who is at the same place in the game as I am. We were discussing potential strategies and he mentioned maybe trying to delay the use of the summons until later. Appreciate the confirmation that it is a sound strategy to use.
In my best attempt so far, I made it to the beast with Tiche at half health remaining...so I think having him around for full health might be the difference.
Assuming I can get through Radagon of course. I've been able to have a lot of success at using my L2 attack with the Ruins Greatsword but it's when he has his attention diverted to the summons.

My progress has come to a screaching halt. The godskin duo in azula whooped my butt yesterday. I'm a faith build, but am thinking about respecing to an arcane build. I need to go beat Mohg and get his spear and then I'm gonna try it again.

I found like 5 larvae tears in one spot. I'd at least try the respec bc you can always reverse it with another tear.
I used one to up my INT to 60 to use Azur Comet, and I'm INT build now with 60 INT and only 18 DEX, Moonveil, a staff (not sure the name) that consumes more FP to hit harder, talsman that reduces FP use (moonveil skill) and I'm loving the build so far. I just got to Moutaintop of the ______) 80 hours in.
Loving the game but I feel a wall coming, only level 79 atm.
celereun hidden tear for unlimited fp with the tear that raises INT by 15, and Azur comet can MELT down bosses and enemies. It's glorious.

I'm INT and DEX at a decent level (110) and assuming an open field/room I can shred most bosses pretty quickly. It sounds dumb, but I die more often by getting stuck in corners or on lamps than anything else.
