It is just at the stables in Saint Denis. It may be somewhat story dependent. I was able to buy it when I had moved to the Shady Belles safe house, but I hadn't tried before then so no clue if that was the point it was available or not.

Yeah, different horses are available after each chapter.
He could always try my little horse spawn trick at the horse farm above st Denis. Posted a couple of pages ago in this thread. I got the white Arabian there once but from what I can tell it’s totally random and the higher end horses don’t show up that often.

After my debacle last night, I checked out the horse farm 5 times last night. The only horses to appear were Kentucky whatevers and Morgans. I am on chapter 4 but will continue to try.

So I found a white Arabian horse brought it to the stables been using it just died and it's gone from the stables. I'm fricking pissed right now

I didn't realize that you shoot a duck to improve your arrow. Then one hit with the improved arrow gets you perfect alligator skiing. Bison skin. Elk skin, etc.

My new favorite thing to do is ride around and kill horses while people are riding on them. I kill every horse I see, slowly when I can. It’s great.
I also finally achieved my goal in the game. I found that lady in St Denis always whining about voting, talked to her, then shot her in the head over and over until her face was gone. Ended up with a really high bounty. But now it’s finally quiet when I go to the tailor.
Worth it.

Don’t know if it’s been posted yet but has anyone tried fishing in the little pond on the southwest side of Saint Denis? Every fish I catch in the pond is labeled as poisoned and looks fricking disgusting. Arthur makes a nasty comment as soon as he sees the fish. Obviously the factories nearby have been dumping chemical waste in the pond. Lmao

To craft an "improved arrow," you can shoot and skin a duck for a flight feather. This "improved arrow" allows for easier kills when you hunt pristine animals.
I was going after the pristine animals with just a regular bow and arrow. When I went to skin them, the quality always came out poor.
I didn't realize that the quality of the arrows can be improved until I killed a duck and went to the crafting process screen. It was here that I saw the flight feather and arrow can be crafted to make an "improved arrow."

Shouldn't you still kill the animals with the preferred weapon? You are making it sound like I should use the improved arrows on gators and other big game.
