Thoughts on Infinite Warfare after a few months of it being out?

My initial reaction to it was that it was terrible. I played a few games a week, then tried out MWR. I found myself playing Black Ops 3 more.
After playing it more and more I have come to enjoy it. It's honestly not as terrible as most make it out to be. I do enjoy Black Ops 3 more, though.

I`ve played a good bit of the remastered game, but man that game is a sniper`s paradise. Can`t even spawn in sometimes without getting killed off the bat.
The new game, I honestly have only played a handful or two of times and can`t really say too much about it.

I have enjoyed multiplayer a lot. I love the weapon crafting, etc.

Makes it almost unplayable for me. I got it thinking I would just play MW, but I actually like IW more. Playing against a team of 6 snipers where I get shot 20 times without seeing where it's coming from is not fun.

What's wrong with hardcore? I get frustrated when I see someone first, blast off some shots into them and get a bunch of hit markers only to have them jump in the air and take my arse out.
I started off play core in IW just to learn the maps. I switched to HC recently though.

This is annoying...but I can even handle that. What pisses me off to no end is the quick-scoping BS.
MWR has now just become a haven of campers and snipers that play the game way too much.

I like Infinite Warfare. After a long week at work, there's nothing like staying up late on weekends playing zombies or capture the flag.

The new zombies has a glitch that you can play a fortune card and back out of the game then rejoin and the members in the game are invisible to the zombies except the guy who played the card and backed out.

I like IW. Do like BO3 more in terms of jetpacking games though. Been playing some gbs

I'm not sure I'll give the MP much of a shot, especially if COD4 is still going strong, but i'm looking forward to playing the campaign.

I like it more than most people do. It's just the fact that it has a "Call of Duty" title no one likes it because everyone wants it to go back to the past and boots on the ground. If the past 3 CoD's had titles that didn't say "Call of Duty" on them people would LOVE those games

I hated this game from the very moment I first played it. Especially switching from Battlefield 1 to this and then back again. Battlefield kicks the shite out of Call of Duty. I realize they're just games, but Call of Duty just feels like it caters to 12 year old kids. Battlefield looks and plays beautifully.

Got a PS4 for Christmas and just finished the campaign. It was solid, imho. I'm still partial to MW and MWII campaigns. Downloading MW Remastered now. Zombies is a lot of fun, but either I'm just getting older or there are a lot of newbs that have clearly never played zombies before.
Ghosts was the only one I really hated. MWIII wasn't great, but the BOPS series was pretty solid, although I got caught in the generational upgrade and only had the multi player for PS3. MWII has one of the greatest game scores(soundtracks) ever.

Iw overall sucks..i give it a d plus

Kdr on this game is a 1.915
Only positive... scorestreaks are fairly easy to get...
Negatives
...Bullets dont register sometimes
...spawn points are not tweaked correctly after u die or kill someone, I almost run into the same enemy way to quickly after or will spawn right by you
...Too many hit markers
...A .400 kd can kill a 2.5kd player too easily because of the way the servers switch around and lag bs...
...There is considerable lag when you are near an enemy...many complaints
...the supply drops are garbage, not even close to what u could get in black market on bo3
... they took away two maps cause of glitches instead of fixing,they kept them off the game for like 3 weeks then brought one map back and the other hasn't returned...total bs
...the maps overall with the exception 2 maybe 3 are okay,, the rest are just horrible...terrible
...infinity ward sucks balls anyways
...seriously there is only 1 good gun..an ar,the NV4...the rest are garbage...the mac tav in the classic section is okay too...
...personal radar in the tacticals was actually an effective tactical weapon...
...the servers are horrible with lagging and bad connections...a group of okay players can beat a team that sucks 100 to 47 then turn around again and lose to that same horrible bunch the very next game because your Lagging this game....
...when you join a lobby...there can be 8 players starting a game and it will be 6 against 2....dumb..happens a lot instead of teams being balanced to 4v4
...when u leave a lobby for whatever reasonable then try to Join another, it will keep trying to put you back into the same lobby over and over...i mean u left the lobby for a reason lol...
... the regular movt system is slower..not the game, the movt system of ur character rig by default is slower than that of b03 rigs...it feels like your trying to run thru water compared to bo3 ....
...i have 200 down, 30up...and i lag often behind the enemy killing me and their kdr is horrible....this didn't occur on b03 or AW....i tested the Xbox network and the speed is fine...its the IW servers that suck...
...lag compensation is just horrible on these servers
... the same people are in The lobbies over and over.. must mean not many people are playing this game
...b03 had it's issues but treyarc makes much better games tha infinity ward by far,its not even close
..if ur playing mwr, it's a much slower game ... you can't just run out in the open and shoot people with any success or ull get blown up or sniped...prolly a much better game than IW esp if u didn't play the original cod4 and wasn't just tired of a old game....
Taking away boosting I'd give
B03 a 8.5...pretty good game,weapons,black market and specialist Are better...more people still play bo3 than iw... lol
