For some reason I felt like SOTN came out much earlier than FFVII. Like, multiple years.

Weird.

I also imagine Fallout releasing significantly earlier than the PSX/N64 generation.

Most people don't remember it but Colony Wars was a big one for me. Also Jedi Knight.

Those games are relatively new. I grew up with Space Invaders, circa 1979-ish. Nearly 40 years. Ugh....

If it makes you feel better, you're not alone. First console was an Atari that came with Combat. Dad bought me Space Invaders a few days later.

I was a kid when these came out, so I had no idea about them until my parents got them for me. Now I realize my parents shorted me and bought me the good games years after they came out

Night Driver, Breakout, Asteroids, Adventure, Air Sea Battle, Berzerk, Space Invaders, Missile Command, Yars Revenge, Defender.

Awesome games. My niece lines Adventure and Trigger so much, I bought a Raspberry Pi for her.

Was playing this last night. My party is about to enter the golden saucer.

I was in 7th grade when this game came out.
