There are some bad rules in golf for sure, but it's the game.
And that's why they allow some local rules.

Agree on the OB thing, also I'd like to be able to carry 15 clubs to have Driver, 3 wd, 5 wd, 3, 4 hyb, 5-gw, 54, 58 w and putter
