Finally played Gus this week after hearing a lot of comments on the renovation and it was well worth it.

Really nice condition on the fairways and greens.

Number 17 and 18 are great finishing holes.

Cheap green fee and you can even get some Ay Caramba Salsa music on the holes by Wayside St.

Well worth the trip.

They still have the trailer to check in? I went after they renovated it. Agree it’s worth checking out but I haven’t been in about two years.

Yes, the trailer is still there, but they are about halfway done framing the new clubhouse.

It really is a great value now...would’ve been a shame to see it shut down. It was a POS before the reno though.

List eater has been banging the Gus drum to me for a while but it just hasn't timed out right for us to get out there. I need to up the effort.

Tired: Atascocita with bigberg
Wired: Gus with list

J/k berj I love you and ACC

Yes it is. And #18 with the wind in your face can be crazy difficult.

I hate that hole. It really slows the course down because it’s a basically a par 3.5/4

Don’t miss the taco truck at the turn when it’s out there. Some really solid course food.

Taco Truck has been gone for a long time now. Biggest complaint is that there is no drink cart.
Great value for what it is but there are definitely some great holes once you get passed the 3rd.

I always freeze 2 bottles of water and put them in my bag.

Beverage carts have been hit and miss since covid

After the round, Drop by Mambo's on 45 and Edgebrook to grad a bite with a cold beer.

If you hit it at the right time, there are some beautiful Senioritas that come in.
