He was sweating so much he was sticking his hands in the coolers on 18 while waiting to tee off.

Or stop drinking so much the night before the round.

I couldn’t believe he was 43! I would’ve guessed 55.

In real life Kuchar looks old and crusty too.

Sun exposure can age you.
I enjoy golf, but professional golf is constant sun exposure.
I guess fishing may have the most sun exposure.

ZJ will pick JT because it’s a giant circle jerk. Glover or Bryson deserve it.
Interesting dilemma. Pick the guy that's been money in Ryder Cup President Cup events and knows how to play with two most likely members (Speith and Fowler). Or the guy that has won back to back but does that heater hold up for six weeks from now?
Bryson shot a 58 ... But, and never disrespect a 58, but that course has yielded some very very low scores. He didn't break par at bedmimster till last round. His length though and Jordans short game magic seems like, to me, a great pairing. But comfortability is a key. So when you say circle neck jerk... Yeah, but there is some basis for it.

How is everyone feeling about the last few spots on the team after the BMW?
Curious why Cam Young gets a pass over players playing better but JT wouldn’t.
Is Glovers recent form enough? Russell Henley is hitting it just as good but not winning.
Is Finau not going to make team. Not looking like it. Keegan is probably not on it either.
Tough call for ZJ

If I was captain, I'd go with this group:
- Scottie Scheffler
- Wyndham Clark
- Brian Harman
- Patrick Cantlay
- Max Homa
- Xander Schauffele
- Jordan Spieth
- Colin Morikawa
- Sam Burns
- Rickie Fowler
- Justin Thomas
- Keegan Bradley
Got natural pairings for foursomes and fourball with Scottie/Sam, Catlay/Xander, JT/Jordan and Max/Colin.
Harman can play with anybody. Ditto for Rickie.
I leave Brooks off because he probably doesn't care much one way or another and has had a few Ryder Cup beefs in the past. Cam Young is talented, but has been in a slump. JT has been in a slump, but has proven RC experience, so he gets the nod.
Would love to be able to bring Glover. Think he would pair great with Harman. But there are only 12 spots and somebody has to stay home.

You have to take brooks, but truth is he has been shite lately (understandably so with his kid issues)
38th-38th-17th at the last 3 liv events. In the last two
Liv events, he is a combined 39 strokes off the leader
That’s really really bad. This Ryder cup is shaping up kinda shitty for America

JT doesn’t deserve to be on the team.

And yet he would have been auto-bid just for making a single cut on the PGA. Are we pretending he wouldn't have achieved that were he able to play PGA events this year? (Not directed at you personally) ZJ better not frick this up

It just sucks he is playing horrific golf right now. It’s bad timing for him and the Ryder cup right now
The US is barely favorites right now. Just crazy to me how it feels like the momentum is all on Europe right now

Lucas trying to make it easier for ZJ not to pick him.

One of these days you’ll realize Ryder Cup is playing the opponent, not the course.
JT is the obvious pick.
