I mean where else are you going to put it? Its the most open land as close to the center of Lafayette on the side of Lafayette that is growing the most (Youngsville).

Correct, which means it is some of the most expensive land. I would have bought cane field property in Broussard and built it. You have highway 90 to provide an main artery to the place from north and south. Instead people will be fighting traffic trying to get there. Lafayette people can take ambassador out to Broussard easily. Not to mention all the the baseball tournaments and other stuff happening at the both the Broussard and Youngsville parks nowadays. Just my opinion.

I honestly would have no desire to go if it was out in Broussard or Youngsville. Just my opinion.

It will do just fine where they are building it...TD TOM ! Out in da cane fields is not a good idea ...Costco would not build out in Broussard on cheap cane field land...so why would Top Golf...Clustering is the key to success!

Same here. That side of town is across the world from me. I can damn near get to Lake Charles faster than Broussard some days with traffic.

It’ll do just fine where it’s at. Lafayette alone has the population and income to support it
