I mean, I will vote for him, but someone that lies and cheats at golf is the scum of the earth. What the hell is wrong with him?

He insists he has a 2.5 handicap, so a 67 would be within range for him. He’s great off the tee, the only question is whether his short game is good enough to actually support that handicap

He can putt real well to. I’ve seen seniors that can tear up the course. Driver, hybrid, putt.

Even if he was a real 2.5 handicap, the chance of shooting a 67 as a 2.5 at that course is roughly 1,000/1

My guess is IF this has any truth to it, it’s a 67 net. Probably just not true though.

No it doesn't. A 2.5 would mean he would shoot a 74-75 on a good day. For him to shoot a -5 would have to be an anomoly or some shenanigans. Especially in a tournament in which most amateurs shoot worse than their reported Ghin.
