Huberman had Dr. Koniver MD on today, one of the leading Peptide doctors and It was really interesting to hear him go down the popular ones and give his opinions.

I guess im confused on how this differs from TRT but BPC-157 he was very high on.

Any experience with these? Im guessing its not cheap and it sounds like you have to go to a doctor to get them. Also, is it a daily thing or weekly like TRT?

TIA

Most people are high on BPC-157 for the recovery benefits.

FDA rescheduled it recently so you’re on your own to purchase.

I use peptide sciences.

Can’t say it’s a miracle serum but I do find it helped cut time off my groin/adductor pull recovery.

So do you just take it and once you feel better from the injury you stop or is it something you take forever?

You should probably re-listen. TRT and BPC-157 are 2 completely different things

Take it until you feel better

Cycle it for 12 weeks. You will have to buy it for research purposes in a powder form and then reconstitute it yourself.

BPC-157 is for injury recovery. You have to give yourself subcutaneous injections in the area you are injured.

If you are looking for peptide recs then you need to tell us what your goals are. Prices vary depending on purity. So if you go this route then you are making a 12 week commitment to see any real results.

There are lots of videos on YT explaining how to reconstitute and dosages. Plus there are dosage calculators online that you can use.

Completely apples to oranges.

experience with these

I take tirzepatide, BPC, TB4, & some of the GH secretagogues at times.

They’re legit. It’s a giant wormhole to go down so you’d need to do some research before jumping in.

I just finished a cycle of BPC-157/TB4 blend and didn't notice any effects at all. There's a lot of high praise for it so maybe I just got a bad batch.

I was taking it specifically to help with tennis elbow but didn't get any relief until I went in recently for a cortisone shot. First month was 500mcg daily, bumped to 750mcg for 2nd & then to 1g daily for third.

I don’t find bpc to be the miracle drug like some claim. Maybe for some it is? It does help keep my shoulder pain tolerable and has definitely decreased my use of NSAIDS so I’ll take that as a W. I let my mom try it who has knee and hip pain and she says she can definitely tell a difference when she doesn’t take it. I guess everyone responds differently

I have. It is a limited use thing. You might take it everyday depending on the protocol but not indefinitely like TRT. Every peptide will have its own protocol.

I have had good results with ipamorelin/cjc 1295 no dac

I have also done protocols of epimorelin...cant really say if it works...but I do look young for my age

I just cycled off of Ipamorelin/CJC 1295. I also had good results.

I plan on running a cycle of Tesamorelin.

I have been on them for a couple of years. I think the benefits are worth the cost.

I’m currently on bpc-157 due to a nerve/neck issue that had affected my left grip strength.

I’m one week into it and am starting to notice improvements in grip and sensation plus less soreness from workouts

Ipamorelin or semorelin work great. Just not a fan of daily injections.

Get an insulin pen, those needles are micro and barely felt.

I know. Its more of remembering to do them for me. I have access to both the medication and syringes.

I Gave BPC-157 To my brother in law to give to my nephew after he tore his knee up. After he had surgery to repair his ACL he recovered in record time in time to play his senior year.
