It’s $22 a bag at Walmart online. You get less than 10 servings..
Wouldn't that be a little over $2.20 a serving per day? That's not really much. Like $70 per month. A lot cheaper than a chicken biscuit...

My son, wife and self have a protein shake for breakfast. That’s 3 servings per day..
A minimum of 5 days per week, usually 6 days. For simple purposes let’s say 5 days. That’s 5 days x 3 servings equals 15 servings per week. 15 servings x 4.33 weeks per month equals 65 servings or $144 per month on protein..
Also I put protein in my coffee every morning.. it adds up.
No sarcasm intended, it just as a family it’s easy with our schedules. I try to hit a certain amount of protein each day and protein powder is so convenient. Have looked up and cost calculated each recommendation posted here. Levels at Costco is about the best bang for the buck with clean ingredients.

Optimum nutrition gold standard.
Mixes the best because you don't have giant scoops for 24 grams per scoop

I strongly recommend adding Kion into your supplements.

This brand is my favorite. Flavors are solid and it belnds super well. Fruity Pebbles one is great too. They taste good with water or milk.
