I saw that. I don't want to buy the DB strength plans until I get a set of powerblock dumbbells.

I had plans to get some this bonus season, but we are upgrading the basement TV instead

Has anyone run Dr Jacked remastered? Does anyone know what muscle groups it targets/general structure of the days. Debating if I want to do that or FOTH 2 which has 3 press and 2 pull days, so I get that. Looking for something that has slightly higher volume as my sleep is still not completely settled with a 5 month old rather than running something higher intensity. Will run DB Strength 2 after this as a three day and then prob Strongville or PS2 afterwards in the new year.

I enjoyed this one. You bench and do a squat variation twice a week. Deadlifts are thrown in as are shoulder presses. It rotates tricep and bicep work each day.

I’m looking for a more back/leg heavy workout. What do you guys prefer? Preferring somewhere near 5 days I was thinking of BBB

BBB is a good option if you've run that before. Other programs that could work.

Brickhouse - 5-day, lower body focused also has hip thrusts

These are all 4 days
The Mullet 1/2 - 4 days Deadlifts every day and either a bench or leg movement
Pool Season 2
Meat Wagon

What are your goals, hypertrophy/strength?

Finishing up House of 1000 reps this week. Really enjoyed the volume. Anyone have something similar? May run it back if not.

I’m running Stronger than a Garlic Milkshake right now and really enjoying it. It’s 3 day program and is basically mix of full body for each day (though it’s mostly upper). Usually starts with a compound like dead or squats and then goes to another like bench or bent over rows. Then supersets some shoulders and biceps and has a finisher superset arm focused.

None really. Could go get deadcemeber program and run it 3 days or adjust another program to do what you want

Either that or run the Mullet 1 or 2 as a three day. You’ll do some variation of the deadlift every session.

Doing oak right. Running it 6 days a week. I’m dead lifting 3 times a week or so, squatting 3 days week or so. Lots of shoulder work also. Enjoying it. Didn’t like all the supersets at first but they have grown on me as I’ve adjusted to them.

I don't know if I'll be able to keep up that pace after the holidays. Time will be harder to come by. I'm training for a specific upcoming event in February. I've got 7 days left on the Oaks. So I'm going to knock out 5 more this week, 2 more next week. After that I need to figure out what I want to do. Might do another PPSA - might try to design my own.

I just started working out earlier this year and feel like if I am not doing something 6 days a week I'm wasting days. I'm way behind in terms of being 42 and not having worked out since high school and early high school at that.

Be careful bro. I was like that and got a wicked case of tendonitis in my elbow doing weighted chins. Now I have to take it easy on pretty much ebery pull exercise. It's been months and doc says just to wait it out. not damaged enough for surgery.

Happy new year fellas

Got back into lifting 3 days a week or so pretty consistently this summer/fall until December. Wasn’t running a specific program just trying to get my feet back under me

I have the following equipment
Dumbbells
Smith machine all in one unit with cables etc. No free standing barbell tho

How modifiable is Grasshopper to what I have? Thought about just getting the dumbbell ppsa workout but I’d like to incorporate the cables/attachments since I have them. At least for lat pulldowns/rows and whatnot
