I'm not changing my vote, but I'll go with whatever one you all pick. At this point just need to know if we're running PS1 or PS2 so I buy the correct one.

I went ahead and picked up PS1. I can pick up PS2 if that's what we end up doing. Is anyone going to post an optional workout for Wednesday (or whatever rest day people are using)?

I’m in for Pool Season 1, representing the over 40 crowd. Gonna be best shape of my life at 41, wanna try something different.

I’m up for anything as long as it’s a 4 day program with 2x bench and squat a week. Really feeling strong on each of those and don’t want to lose any momentum
