Recurring calf strain/pull

Anybody ever experience this? Initially strained/pulled/tore my calf in early February while jogging in the neighborhood. I assume just strained since there was no discoloration, though it did swell up a little, and could barely walk for the next 3-5 days.
Got better then in mid march strained it again, though not as severe, just briskly going up 1 flight of stairs.
Weeks later aggravated it again just jumping to grab something off the top shelf.
Memorial weekend tweaked it again jumping in the back of my truck.
Saturday walking on the treadmill on an incline and it aggravated it again to the point where I'm limping a bit again.
Could it be pulled or torn even with no discoloration? Do i need to go to a doctor, or are there treatments I can do myself besides stretching and icing? Compression calf sleeve?

After that many, I'd probably get it checked out. Compression sleeves are amazing though. I wear them pretty much all the time. Started using them when I was getting calf soreness from bike riding, so I'd wear them while exercising. Then I figured I would sleep in them to aid recovery. And wear them under my socks and pants at work. Bonus, my dress socks don't slide down all day like before.
Stretching and foam rolling are also good. A proper warm up and stretch before any running or exercising is key. Even just 5 minutes of a lower body or full body stretch routine goes a long way. Avoid any sudden movements that would tweak it until properly warmed up.

No good advice, but went through a similar stretch. Ultimately led to me giving up on exercise for 2 years and in turn life. Gained like 40 pounds.
Only bright spot is that I am back exercising for 15 months with no calf issues at all.
TLDR: quit exercising/moving, gain weight, start again in 2 years.

You aren't letting it heal all the way. Pretty simple.

Not too simple if I can't do more than walk on a flat surface for months lol. That's why I'm asking if anybody had experience and if I should do more for treatment other than what I'm doing. Only the most recent re-aggravation was exercise related, the others were just life

Guess I'll try a sleeve, if it happens again then I may have to resort to a PT or something

I had this issue and the only thing that fixed it was PT to strengthen the calf muscle, changing my running form, and wearing different shoes to take the load off the calf.

Go to a PT. They can recognize whether there is continued weakness or spasms or such that continue to make it likely to get inflamed.

I experience an inner calf tear in 2011. Was sprinting on a paved road and when I slowed down I started back pedaling and it snapped. Felt like I had been hit in the calf with a hammer. Couldn't walk on it for about a week and bottom leg and ankle was black and blue. Saw every local ortho specialist including one who did all the local university athletes. None of them would do surgery because of risk it would tear again. OP I feel for you because I went through same scenario reinjury or aggregating it with any quick twitch movement like jumping, trying to run, etc. I was a runner and avid about working out but that all came to a stop. The thing I've missed the most is the euphoric runners high. I hope you can recover and if not torn I agree with what others have said that you need to let it continue to heal longer. You may want to seek out a reputable massage therapist that specializes in deep tissue massage using scrapers and also check into cupping. I went through this myself and it did help some in my situation. You've most likely got some scar tissue around your injury. Best of luck!
