I put mine on when I got them, and checked them after a dozen or so rides. Weren’t loose but some is the screws tightened about a half turn or less. Checked it again a few weeks later and about the same. Not coming loose quickly but I tend to overtighten things.

I'm sad they seem to no longer be adding any 30 minute upper or lower body classes. Only full body seems to be 30 minutes or more these days.

I'm back to running full time after being injured this fall, so i have gotten to ride in a while. But I'll say the bike kept my cardio in good shape. Still do the strength classes every weekday though.

Kendall is my favorite instructor. But her metal rides are what nightmares are made of.

I'm going to let y'all have a laugh at my expense. About a week ago I was scrolling social media, and came across a post by Peloton about a new artist series. Outside of the Eminem one a while back, I never really pay attention to them. I saw that the next one was Reba McEntire. I took a screenshot, sent it to my wife, and told her maybe this was more her speed.

Fast forward a week, and I hop on the bike last night. Scroll through what sessions are about to start, and I see a 30 minute Reba ride with Jess King. I had never taken one of her classes, and figured why not, I like country music, and it will be a change of pace from my usual 30 minute Hip-Hop or Club Bangers with AT, or a classic rock ride with a variety of instructors, or a live class on Saturday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised at the difficulty, a few climbs in the ride at higher resistance, and I was cussing through some of it. Jess was wearing some fringe outfit, has the red hair, and was somewhat entertaining. Playlist was basically the hits, and a couple of duets thrown in there. One with Kelly Clarkson, and one with Brooks & Dunn. Could have swapped one of those out for something else, but it worked.

Now all may laugh at me for actually doing a Reba themed ride, but it keeps it interesting to change it up now and then.

Took one of the usual classes with AT last night. Said it was a 2000s ride, and I was thinking the usual mix of Hip Hop and R&B music from the early 2000s. I was a little shocked that it began with Madonna, Like a Prayer. After that it was the usual, but sort of funny to start out.

I've got a 40 minute stack lined up for tonight, all with Denis Morton. Hitting a 5 minute warmup, then going to go for a 30 minute PR and start that part hard right out of the gate.

Surprised I’m just finding this thread. I’m a pretty active Peloton rider — I’m typically at 5x each week (been aiming for 6x) and always take Sunday off. Alex Toussaint is the instructor I take most, but I try for Olivia Amato a couple times each week to kick my arse. For every couple days of heavier rides, I’ll take a 30 or 45 minute Low Impact.

I take advantage of their strength work off the bike, too. Really enjoy Rad Lopez and Chase Tucker.

ETA: I’ve done a few Lanebreak rides. Kind of fun, I guess, but I hate the constant adjustment of resistance.

Jess King’s voice annoys me, but good to look at and sweat steady is a hell of an endurance ride. I enjoy them, too.

So I've been going through some PT for an issue with my back, and they've started adding some resistance band work in. Mainly focusing on my mid back where the problem was, but also working on some posture issues. Thinking about getting a set to keep in my home office/gym. I've already got the peloton and some dumbbells, but something like this I would find useful both for at home PT exercises and for general workouts. Does anyone have a set they would recommend? I see a variety on amazon, both with and without handles.

Isn’t Jess king the one who’s married to the rocker chick who peed on the guy onstage?

Her sweat steady rides are awesome and will really help you find that other gear when she does the "oh shite" stage. For some reason in that part I always have to get my David Goggins on.

And of course there is the ( . )( . ) to look at during them.

And yes she's married to the chick who pissed on the guy on stage.

I finally took my first one last night. Kept it to one of the 20 minute versions, and it was brutal. Even the warm up was rough. Next time I try one I'll be sure to do an actual 5 minute warm up first. But I crushed my old 20 min PR. I've only been doing 30 minute rides lately, with a 45 sprinkled in here and there. Last 20 minute one was late February until last night. I'm probably going to do one of these once a week for a hard push, and keep my others to my usual 30-45 minute climbs and HIIT/Tabata classes.

I’ve been working through different instructors. I keep going back to Ben Alldis for lower body strength and stretching classes. Took an upper body one last week that was decent too. Rad is great for upper body though.

I've been killing it the last several days. We traveled to see family for Spring Break, so my last ride was March 29th. I did a little stack with a warm up and cooldown around a 30 minute ride. Then I didn't ride again until the 4th of this month. Rode 6 out of 8 days since then, and set a couple of new PRs in a 20 and 30 minute ride. Did a 30 minute climb ride with Ben Alldis last night and I was a little behind pace for most of the ride, but it got pretty intense at the end, and I realized if I skipped most of the cooldown I would break it by a few points, so I knocked it out. Still a good ways from breaking 300 on a 30 minute ride, but making good progress there.
