Poa Annua starting to flower in yard

poa annua is starting to flower in my Baton Rouge yard. Bermuda in backyard and a Bermuda/Centipede mix in front. Any concerns with spraying the entire yard with the winter weed cocktail? Other options I have in my cabinet are MSM, Celsius, Prodiamine 65WG, or Meso 4 SC.

Atrazine (if Bermudagrass is dormant) or Simazine. Pre-emergent back in late Sept- early October - very effective for Poa.

Certainty is great for killing POA.
