Maytag
I have an Amana washer that this happened to (Amana and Maytag are both part of Whirlpool). I purchased this part and it fixed the problem right up:

It took only a few minutes to fix.
Not saying this part will fit yours, but it's probably a similar issue.

Samsung appliances suck. So far, we have replaced the Samsung dishwasher, fridge, and range. The only thing left is the microwave.
They do. The washer is the only Samsung appliance I have. I love their electronics and data storage products but damn their appliances are sub-par.

I had the same thing happen on my washer, you need to replace the suspension rods.

What is the process of changing them?

Is this the same part?

That is the model number of my washing machine.
Not sure if that's the same part as the one I posted, but if you search Amazon for "MVWC565FW1 suspension" the compatible part shows up for much cheaper than that website.

Is this the place on Florida? If it is I went there for a door switch that they had for a good price. Was a few years back tho.

Suspension rods. Run a spin cycle empty, if it doesn’t shake, the suspension rods are the issue, just change them out.

Not difficult at all. You'll kick yourself when you see all it takes if you pay the service/repair guy to do it.
There are also four what I call "corner" springs that go from the tub to the frame that can cause problems if they wear out. I had a Whirlpool washer that didn't even come with those springs like it was supposed to. When I changed the suspension springs I noticed those weren't even there (parts list showed them). I ordered them and the washer ran better than ever before.
ETA: They're called centering springs. The washer I had had never been worked on/opened. Those springs just weren't put on at the factory.

You can also push down on each corner and check how soft the springs are. Plenty of videos that show what to look for.
