I was just about the make the Parsons comp for Perkins. I think Perkins can play whatever position they want him to, it's just a matter of where he can wreak the most havoc.

He’s a composite 3 so not very close at all. Not that he won’t be a good player but he’s not gonna be a 5. He may become a composite 4 with a bump
