rettig only completed 53% of his passes as a SR vs shitty competition fwiw

Matt Flynn also had a bad completion % coming out of HS.

he threw like 9 TDs a a SR.

Rudolph > Harris

This. I like em both but if I had to choose I'd choose Rudolph 10 out of 10 times.

In a piece about La. prospects at the Dallas Nike camp, J. Smith wrote about several players, including this about Harris:

LINK

quote:

Brandon Harris, QB, 6-2, 175, Parkway, 2014

Harris was inconsistent during the weekend. During the Elite 11 on Saturday, he seemed too amped up. He was a tad erratic and, by his own admission, was pushing too hard. That being said, Harris also displayed the arm strength and mechanics that have him as one of the more highly recruited quarterback prospects in the Southeast.

On Sunday at the NFTC, Harris was more comfortable and made the most of his day. It was apparent right away that he was more relaxed and, as a result, more effective. He threw the ball with a lot of velocity, and his accuracy was very good. Harris also was invited to Atlanta for the Elite 11 and will have a chance to redeem himself.

The kid obviously has great potential and from what I have read about him he is slowly coming into his own. He should improve by his senior season and silence the critics. Congrats to Harris kid deserves it how could you not pull for an instate kid.

it's what I am seeing too. He has pretty bad accuracy and that's from his highlight tape. I think he improves on that and if we don't get Rudoplh he'd still be a good project under Cam and won't have a chance to start at least till his 3rd or 4th year anyway.

He also only completed 56% as a redshirt sr. at LSU.

LOL for everyone getting in a frenzy about a Skike tweet.

I understand...its recruiting news...but it is Skike. He probably came out of the Great and Powerful Oz and was all giddy and quick on the tweet trigger.
