BK beat bama in his first year and won a bunch of meaningless bubblegum bowl games. Wasted a heisman trophy winner and 2 first round receivers.

And it's funny cause he won that first yr with players o left him like nabers, btj, will, e. Jones, and Mason Taylor.

I don't think BK even knew Beche.

Didn’t Beche go to BK’s very first SEC media days?

I mean Kelly did bring in Daniels, retained Jones, Campbell, and Taylor, and got Perkins lol. He started his career here in a tough spot because of O.

Now what transpired after that is his fault, but let's not pretend that Orgeron set him up for success.

How does this fit with BK being willing to dance with recruits like an idiot? Seemed then that he was putting effort into recruiting, even if he came off as a loon.

It easily fits. We're talking here about what he did when there was no film crew around for public relations stunts.

We all heard that Kelly came to LSU because it was easier to recruit there. You never hire someone who wants the job because he thinks its easier than his previous one. Thats a flag for someone who is looking to slack.

It’s seems LSU kills Head Coaches. Another than Saban who is banging down O, Miles, and now Kelly’s door?

Im blown away at the apathy of bk robbing and obliterating our school after the tumor was finally cut off. Bk is pure evil, pure failure, pure trash. Yet we still have some idiots defending factual damage to the program.

Keep in mind that the assistants are mostly young guys with families and young kids who end up fricked if their head coach is fired. No $50MM buyout, just immediately looking for another job to continue providing for them.

Most assistants do have a buyouts in their contract, they aren't crazy because they are not paid that much to begin with.

This is why I want him back as DL coach. O has always been a top tier recruiter. He was made for the LSU DL coaching spot.

Portal doesn't open until Jan 2.

They drastically reworked the rule for coaching changes as well, in the middle of this season (which is kind of odd).

Previously if a team’s coach left, the portal would open immediately for 30 days. Under the new rules:
- The portal window for a coaching change is only 15 days
- The window doesn’t start until 5 days after the new coach is hired*
- The window only applies for coaches hired between 1/2 and 6/30. If the head coach is hired outside of that time span, players are limited to the normal transfer portal window from 1/2 to 1/16.

*I assume that the “new coaching hire” excludes interim coaches.. otherwise the rule wouldn’t make much sense.

I didn’t realize the NCAA had changed things this drastically, but it makes a lot of sense. We shouldn’t be encouraging players to quit midseason when it’s not like they can play anywhere else until next year anyway.

It doesn't matter, if said recruit was offered more money, he's going to that school.

Look how we finished in recruiting? Pretty damn good each year. #1 in portal...why?

SHOW ME THE MONEY

That's a fact Jack...

BK being bad at recruiting and we still finished #1 in portal is all the evidence I need. A midget shemale alien coach offers more money...the player will go to the school
