Do you have unique skills in evaluating and recognizing athletic skill sets esp. related to football? If not, your opinion is arbitrary. Not trying to be rude because I don't really know how to evaluate talent either beyond the eye test which can be deceiving. So I sit back and let the coaches do their jobs. When the season starts, if the team stinks up the field like they did this year, then I complain. IOW, let things you can't really evaluate play out. It's Kiffin's azz on the line. His history indicates he knows what he is doing.

You bring in Simmons and risk the chance of losing Leavitt, and Chambliss, and UW QB.
Lock up QB1 first, then see who wants to come in and compete as QB2.
