I think Sellers would be so good with Kiffin. I could see him having a huge bounce-back season.

he would need to bring his OLine coach and Oline with him to get that much time to throw. Nuss never had either.

That's a terrible listing of stats with no context.
You really need to know what they did this past season.
Chambliss is the obvious answer to our problem at QB in 2026.

Be careful, you are about to get rained on with downvotes even though you are right

Those are all from this past season except for Leavitt (injured) and Simmons, who barely played.

ailey may have some flaws, like all QBs do, but arm strength is not one of them. He has an NFL cannon. He is slowly becoming #1 on my wishlist:
Ball security is an issue there. If he can clean that up, he's a go.

1) Leavitt
2) Chambliss (he and Leavitt are interchangeable)
3) Sorsby (watched him a few times and he has some very intriguing tools, I believe LK could REALLY make him special)

Kiffin would turn Bailey into a star

I. agree. He is a big Chambliss

Has to be Bailey or. Colton Joseph who has 2 years left. Chamblis would be a good 1 year player due to his experience with his OC and LK, but if he stays at OM,Joseph or Bailey or both should be our QB's....please not an injured Leavitt.

Get one of Chambliss, Leavitt, Sorsby and somehow talk Sellers into coming compete with one of those guys and have him in a back up role but prominent back up role.
Let’s say like coming in when we want to power run down someone’s throat but also give him the option to pass if need be. Boy would that make this offense extremely tough to deal with.
Another issue I see that needs to be addressed is having a big bruiser back who has quickness, balance, power and most of all tough as nails. I want to be an offense that completely capable of running the ball between the line but also bounce it outside when we want. At the same time have that QB who can make all the throws, especially the deep ball but has the ability to fit it in a tight window when asked to do so. Use the entire damn field and be able to wear a team the frick out with the run game.
Feature our best athletes regularly, like Green who is 6’7” 255 lbs, can fly, cut, catch, and basically be a freakn nightmare if used correctly. How in the hell did we not throw that guy the ball when in the red zone 75% of the time is a complete disaster. The guy could block out any DB trying to defend him and just stand there and catch the ball. The defender has to either interfere with him or he will score.
Then you run designed plays using him as a decoy once he becomes such a weapon. I know Kiffin is licking his chops to design an offense around a guy like that. Then you could use these RBs that we already do have out wide exactly like we did in 2019 with Clyde. Use double move routes to get wide open, use the middle of the field with double post plays, and any type of angle routes that are tough to defend.
First though, you have to fix this OL, the way we have recruited that position, there’s no way that we don’t have 5 freakn SEC starters who can dominate defenses. The issue had to be with the coaching style or his attitude towards these guys. I’m not sure what the hell happened but Brad Davis just could not reach run blocking technique to save his life or job lol.

Finally watched some tape on Leavitt.
He is extremely good at football. Do want.

In that case, I don’t see how he has any grounds for an additional year unless the reason he played only 2 games in 2022 was an injury.
Chambliss was injured his Freshmen season, therefore he will be seeking a Medical Redshirt for that first season.
