Jordin Griffin & Devyn downs are the two best players in the state & are committed to lsu

I love the Koa Romero kid out of Hahnville. Kind of in the Beloso mold

Of course 295 is too big

I’m 6’2 290 and I guarantee you I cannot hit bombs off of D1 pitching. Which makes it more impressive how good he is at that weight.

I’m also 10-15 years older than Yorke with some back issues

I don’t think you can judge it strictly on passed balls.

Definitely can't but without reviewing every wild pitch across multiple teams, there's no way to quantify who is at fault or if they would've been blocked with the old technique so it's a moot point.

And with this being college, I would bet the vast majority of wild pitches are solely on the pitcher.

You might be right. But not because of the MLB draft. He hit about .220 this year and was hitting in the nine hole at the end of the season.

Appears to confirm he'll come to campus and not sign a UDFA deal

The first couple of rounds went as expected but it made me nervous about the latter rounds. Fortunately, the latter rounds were very kind to us. Ricken and Paz can log innings early. Serna and Patrick could play early. Couple those guys with the transfer class and returnees, and you have an incredibly balanced and talented roster for Jay and the staff to work with. I like this team already, especially considering the culture that's been built and the obvious intention to foster that culture.

If that MLB insider knows so much about the player, Marcos Paz, I would have assumed he could pronounce his name correctly.

I believe his name is pronounced Marco Poz.

Where can I find these numbers? I've heard multiple different stat lines for him, all on very different ends of the spectrum.
