450lb bench is still pretty awesome

Its pretty damn sick..I wasnt trying to take anything away from him, just throwin his actually true bench max out there, not board bench...If he comes to LSU, I cant wait to see what he will hit when he gets older

Albert is just plain fat; he uses his weight to push people around. Mickey isnt just plain fat and uses his strength

Did you seriously just try to compare a HS kid to Albert Haynesworth and say the HS kid uses strength more than Haynesworth...

Which d-lineman has LSU not offered yet, Mickey Johnson or Hunter?

Its all relative. I look at Albert and see a fat arse (Granted he is also extremely strong but he just resembles a fat DT). I look at mickey and I see a guy who has muscle. Its not very often where you see a 300lb DT who is cut. I dont think Hanesworth has very many cuts on the body

Very impressive, but the spotters hands were on the bar the whole time. I'm guessing at least 10 pounds of lift help.

People put so much into bench, but I'd rather see someone's power clean max anyday... explosion means a lot more

Bench means a lot for DL players. Sure explosion is ideal, but to be able to push the OL backwards is a combo of chest and legs

Kid's a monster. Will be a great pickup for LSU. If he's working out with those guys though, there is no fear of him tapping his potential? Even if he didn't add another pound on his lifts they are already
