Pretty sure I read on here yesterday via a post Chicken linked that we are just north of 80 guys for the 85 man roster limit. I believe that is just for scholarship athletes so I’m not sure how much of a work around NIL provides but what positions is of most need assuming we only have 5 offers left to give?
For my money it’s got to be OL. We saw, imo, very talented offensive skill players go to waste last year with BK’s softer than baby shite line play. Would really hate for that to be what holds us back again this year.

Agree. We seem pretty set on D.

3 OL. Maybe a lb if dont think singleton, keys, Ross, braiker, z weeks cant cut it. Maybe a cb if dont think anding/ brown are #3-4 guys. Qb3 for depth. Rest of the team is set.

It's 105 now for both the roster limit and the scholarship limit.

Why did they up the limit in the NIL/Transfer Portal age? Seems counter-intuitive to me, with players jumping all the time and players getting paid, seems like it would make less since to spread out the money to guys who are projects who will likely jump to the portal before they ever get their shot.

1 LT and/or RT and call it a day. These coaches will need to squeeze every drop out of this freshman class because if they do, this defense can be ELITE. The fact that Baker hasn’t gone after any LB tells us that he is comfortable with that room.
Whit Weeks
Devhon Keys
Tylen Singleton
Keyland Moses
Zach Weeks
Jaiden Braker
CJ Jimcoily
Charles Ross
That’s a pretty stout room with speed. The difference between this next season and previous seasons is that we have quality depth at DT and DE, especially if the freshmen step up.

Not that it will help the team, but I hope we sign as many as allowed to keep the high going. With the major needs getting filled and one signing today so far today, I’m already jonesing for another commit.
