Serious question as a tigers fan as im not really educated on all of it. Can lsu financially compete with texas, texas a&m, oregon that have billionaire alumni/blank check - year in and year out?

Ya, I dont get it either. Espn has him the #1 player in the portal, and many of the talking heads are high on him, but I look at the numbers and I dont get it. He has multiple bad games and played a weak schedule. His td to int ratio is nice, but down drastically over the last 4 games. I never saw Cincinnati play so ill have to trust the talking heads.

Yes, but there is a little less room for error. You can't miss on 80% of your offensive portal additions like we did last year and you have to develop a few guys each year with just good coaching.

Gonna be an unpopular opinion, but Sorsby highlight reel was underwhelming to me. Lots of under thrown balls that the WRs got because they had so much separation.

Hah, none of us are those guys, so who knows what makes the billionaire booster tick.
Oregon has Phil Knight. TTech has that oil magnate. A+m will tell you they are the richest of the rich.
LSU has two billionaires who are bought in, and also some multi-millionaires like Gordon McKernan to cover the scraps.
