No I am not
Was in it till last Arkansas game. Door can't shut on him fast enough.
Nothing about the second half had to do w lack of coaching

I think I am. CLM made the neccessary changes we needed this week. Etling will start the remainder of this year and next year and that will lead us into the Myles Brennan and Dylan Moses era. All I need to be fully locked in is a similar gameplan and play calling again this week that we saw against MSU
Seriously? I swear some of you have both very short term memories and very shortsighted view of the possible future.
We beat Jax St. and Miss St. (who lost to S. Alabama last week) and all of a sudden Miles is a great coach? Sure, we look better on offense, but we haven't nearly hit the meat of our schedule.
I'm cautiously optimistic compared to what I saw in the first game, but realistically this team can easily lose 3 more games. Will you still be on the Miles bandwagon then?
I don't know if anyone remembers eons ago to 2015 when we were 7-0 and ranked #5 in the country, then the wheels fell off and everyone wanted Miles gone.
This thread is so premature.

Nope. He needs to still go.

Instead of a 5 win team we look like an 8 win team

Agree but tend to think that if Saban had coached LSU last 7 yrs, Tigers would have 2 or 3 more titles with the same players. It's taken me 9 yrs, 2007 to 2016, to realize this, Les is still playing Michigan football, Alabama, Texas, Louisvile, Ohio State are playing modern football. Luv coach Miles still, don't think we could replace him easily.

Mediocrity. I don't think fans fully understand the level of talent being wasted at LSU due to poor coaching

Les has shown he will not change when it is needed. It is obvious the offense has been a problem for a while but yet after almost getting canned, he held onto his buddy and ran the same crap out there in Lambeau Field. A game and a half does not change my mind. Hell, he may regress against Auburn and run the same crappy style out there again.
So no I am not. I have a want for a new head coach.

LSU will win out.
our offense is improving every week. by the time we play the big games we will be a juggernaut.
the defense is devastating and will also continue to improve.
special teams is still a dumpster fire but i think we will be so far ahead they will be inconsequential.
les has proven me and all the other fans wrong who said he'd never change.

NO!! We beat two bad teams so far. Could not score in the second half. Still have a lot to prove.

The les bandwagon is "on a new level"

Put me in the follow up with me around Thanksgiving camp.

Nope. He lost me a long time ago. The changes that he has made were because he was essentially forced to. It was not because he is a proactive coach who made changes as the game warranted. If they were to win out, I would reconsider, but I don't believe in unicorns and flying pink elephants.

Peveto's awful coaching will cost us at least one game. Bookmark it.

He hasn't changed. After 11 years, he's not going to.

Ill reserve judgment. I need to see a trend. Like my opinion matters.
Posted on 9/19/16 at 1:40 pm to Lionnation1993
what bandwagon? You morons are so fricking eaten up by Les Miles, I'm starting to enjoy it.
Here is a fact for you. I root for LSU. Period. Whoever is in charge will be supported by me until they are no longer in charge. I root for LSU. Not for a coach. Or against a coach, which seems rather prevalent on this board

Are you back on the Les Bandwagon?
why, because we beat an FCS team and a weak SEC team by 3?
Look, I'm happy with the switch to Etling and see hope for our offense - at least from the JSU 2nd quarter and MSU first half.
Our schedule gets a little tougher over the next 3 weeks, and then gets VERY tough starting with Ole Miss.
So pump the brakes on Les for now. He'll have his chance to prove everyone wrong later this season.

i'll ask one more time
my what short memories we have after 12 years of empirical data to lean on. let me ask you
has he fixed the annual on the field discipline issues now?
player management?
game management?
preparation?
what makes you think any changes will be permanent?
and what lead you to that decision?
just curious

At least an SECCG appearance or I'd like it very much for him to move on. Though, of coarse, it isn't my call so who gives a shite
