Our backups should not give up 40 to Houston? Baker needs superior talent to not give up 40 to Houston???what would he give up had he gone to Tulane by that logic? I don’t think he’s awful but he’s not the best DC in the country by any means. Patricia is running circles around him at OSU. We gave up 50 to ATM at home . How did they look against Miamis defense???

His defense is one dimensional. If you can control his blitz packages, he’s done. He can’t adjust and counter when plan A doesn’t work.

With the money the donors pay in recruiting, yes with back ups we should beat them soundly. For us as fans to say Houston is not a pushover just shows how much we have fallen off as a brand

Overrated is putting in nicely.
It’s funny watching people actually defend this shite. Very reminiscent of people jumping through hoops to defend Kelly. The results have been clear. Against Reed, against Milroe, against Pavia, tonight. The guy regularly gets embarrassed and he’s somehow getting paid 3 million dollars a year.

Is he overrated.l? Yes. But he’s still a good coach.

I said he sucks all year and you can’t have a DC who can’t stop duel threat QB’s. And what did LSU do? They had a golden opportunity for him to just go away, but instead they paid him like a head coach to stay. I really hope Kiffin received some pressure to keep him because otherwise, that was a huge mistake. They’ll be eating that contract in a year or two.
