They're going to a BCS bowl. The SEC will get two teams in just like like we thought we would. Nothing has changed.

What a meltdown if they make it to the title game. Long shot but not impossible

Bama is definitely in a bcs bowl and national championship is very possible if mizzou and Clemson lose
Auburn and Ohio St need to lose as well, no?

Clemson doesn't need to lose.
They will not get in with the FSU arse raping on the resume.
Bama is in if....
Aggies beat Mizzou. Very possible.
MSU beats OSU. Very possible with that MSU D.
SC beats auburn. The least possible of the three IMO, but it can happen.

Yes. Or fsu. I was just saying it becomes very, very possible if those happen and both games are going bama's way right now

SEC will get 2 BCS teams. One could be in the NCG depending on the rest of the games. The winner of the SEC is guaranteed a spot and Bama as well IMO.

They are out of the title game.
sure about that?
Watch them drop to maybe #4 this week.
If Ohio St. loses to Michigan St.
Auburn loses to Mizzou/South Carolina....
Then what?

If the same team gets in without even winning their own division in their own conference TWICE, I think it would absolutely PROVE where the bias and loyalty stands.
If they get in again, I will officially be done with college football.
I haven't looked at who we need to go where, but I might as well root for mizzou to beat am, so the SEC champ will have only one loss and stay ahead of bama.

Then what?
Their last regular season game ends in a loss. It would be unprecedented for a team to get in coming off a loss.

Did 2003 not happen?
Also, if Florida St loses their championship game, and Ohio St loses their championship game, who gets in?

If we're honestly talking about "best team(s)", 'Bama, as much as I hate them, should get in ahead of Ohio State. There are 3 or 4 SEC teams that are better than the Buckeyes.

Probably auburn vs. Bama. Seriously. Unless Clemson wins

You don't know that.
I mean, I agree with you, but nobody actually knows that without them playing.

Oklahoma lost in their conference championship. Bama would get to play in TWO national titles without even winning their division.

Even if Clemson wins, I would think. The discussion would turn to "quality of loss".

I just now remembered that
Well it would still be unprecedented in this latest BCS format (extra game for the title)

Doesn't dispute what I said in regards to the guy's comment.
