I tend to stay off the Rant for a bit after we lose a game and I don’t have anybody on the team. Thanks for sharing your son with the LSU baseball fans, a truly different breed.

Sage advice.

Pretty sure every pitcher got work this week. Did anybody not pitch, besides Aase. I know he's rehabbing.

Impressive that Jay/Yeskie were able to do that in 3 days, especially considering how few guys pitched on Wednesday and Thursday. Very efficient use of the reps.
I like this pitching staff alot. Very deep and diverse. They got hit hard/sputtered in spurts this week but mostly wiggled out without too much damage. If I recall correctly, only Wednesday had multiple innings called short.
Defense seems solid enough.
The lineup should have some juice. Tough to replace the production that left but they may have the balance to do it, especially if Brown jumps to 15-20. Milam and Curiel are probably good for 10-15 each. Arrambide, too. I'd think at least a few of the transfers will be 10-15. That gets you over halfway there.

I think Arambide and Brown are going to be about the same. I think Arambide actually has more power, but Brown will probably be a better overall hitter.

They both have stupid power. Guys that could hit 2-3 in a game when they're seeing it. Serna may be stupider but he's just a puppy. Simpson, Dardar, and Carraway are no slouches when it comes to power either.
