It would be nice if LSU sponsors located their signs somewhere else vs along fences. Box Stadium is still pretty damn nice.

With regards to fan support, there’s not much to cheer for. This team is young and overrated. Wins will bring the fans.

Lets get this straight, MSU has more attendance than LSU..

If it was bigger and they filled it, how come we averaged over 100k more attendance per year generally?

Did you ever go to the old park? If you did, you would know why I say what I say.

Just giving you a hard time. It’s a beautiful park. I’m jealous.

Turn the outfield into a berm that isn't considered part of the stadium so people can drink and get rid of the middle of the mall batters eye and install one like miss state hot with the filming booth inside

State does not sell the amount of season tickets we do. Their announced attendances are very small during the week.

One thing we do and have done better than State is sell season ticket packages that include every game.

I'm not gonna lie the LED lights flickering after a home run is legit (Gets the fans going), the left field Lounge is bad arse, and here we are with a circus tent setup to get food and beer

Just a way more fun atmosphere and fan friendly experience

Letting everybody bring in their own cooler of beer adds to the atmosphere

this is one of the problems with LSU. Too many season tickets that leads to empty seats. They might lead in attendance every year, but they don’t lead in actual attendance. Too many companies buy these tickets and are seldom used.
The days of sitting in a stadiums bleachers, having a hotdog and a coke are gone. There has to be a different experience element involved to garner the attention of 20-30 yearolds these days. And the box does not have it.

I’ve always hated how the new box suites looked with the gaps in design . LSU must have gone cheap on the architectural design, because in my opinion there were already other parks that are older and still look better than the new box. Mississippi States new park looks like a minor league park or even better. I love the way the suites flow down into the seats like a professional stadium. I also love that they improved but kept the outfield atmosphere that is unique to their park.
What makes the atmosphere at the Box unique? The answer is nothing. The K lady?

Dudy Noble is impressive
I could do without the light show after homeruns, that's just a pathetic look
SLU does it too, can't stand it
Something that belongs at a ULL game

Don’t really care. The food was much better in the old stadium. Once you do a deal with Aramark concession food becomes generic and poor.

There are several SEC Stadiums that are now better than the box.

MSU is a benefactor of the ESPN contract with the SEC. Our stadium was built in 08 without the benefit of that revenue. The TV deal was in 2013ish and now you're seeing schools add on like crazy due to the extra revenue.

But even if we would have built a new after the ESPN contract, do you really trust Joe Alleva to spearhead it?

The bleachers everywhere at LSU and the advertisements all over the walls make it look cheap

Especially the advertisements behind home plate looks so high school.
