The plaintiffs have recently 'tailored' their suit for one reason...because the judge effectively told them they have absolutely zero case against Ed O and these others. This firm is 3 years old, 100% female, and exists solely to extort institutions for Title IX settlements. They are looking for money. That's all. Under the guise of doing good.
They appear to have two licensed lawyers along with a team of twenty/thirty-something clerks, paralegals, intake coordinators etc. The founding lawyer is the only one with any sort of respectable resume and she isn't even the primary lawyer on the case. Based on the job titles, I would venture a guess that this actually just a loose association of individuals and 'do-gooder' volunteers...assembled on a website to look like an actual law firm. Here's the one chasing LSU and quoted in the papers.

Note all the news articles in this bio. Majority LSU related. Guice case is mentioned among others. We know what happened there.
Mind you, this is the source of the fuel for the fire outlined in all of the USA Today and Yahoo hit pieces.
This whole thing either gets thrown completely out of court or settled for a few hundred K.
In the end, this is, at best, a loose coalition of bottom feeding, strip-mall lawyers who will have caused untold damage to LSU's reputation based on allegations that will never be substantiated. And the woke crowd will have taken the bait, hook, line and sinker.

there are several accusations against Guice from his time at LSU and the NFL. Ever wonder why a young, talented player has no NFL career? I guess the NFL is virtue signaling also. It’s just all a grand conspiracy against Derrius Guice. I don’t care about the outcome of the lawsuit. All I hope is that LSU does a better job of handling these situations in the present and the future.

Yes, accusations. I’ll let you know how most rational people think things through. When there are multiple accusations in multiple situations, reasonable people are inclined to believe there’s fire with that smoke.
Does it mean it’s all true? Nope. Does it mean law enforcement will or should act on it? Don’t know. Does it create a pattern of suspect behavior that removes the benefit of the doubt? Yep.
