Todd Franklin and Mike Patrick were my favorite pair. They called many good LSU night games back in the day.

Ron Franklin > Todd Franklin
Ron usually called games with Mike Gottfried.
Franklin and Mike Patrick are both PBP guys and didn't call games together. Mike was paired with Blackledge for a while. Game I remember the most was LSU/Bama in '06...Laron's hit on Sarah Jessica Parker..."that's just evil there".

Nessler & Blackledge are the best tandem in CFB right now IMO.

Good crew. I like Brad Nessler. Is that the ABC/ESPN #2 team? I thought for certain the Bama/VaTech game would get the #2 team and LSU/TCU would get the Joe Tessitore crew (which isn't bad).

I really like Blackledge and Nessler. That's one of my favorite crews. I'm kinda sad about getting stuck with Ms. Piggy, though.

Nessler/Blackledge is my favorite college football broadcast team by a mile. They don't get caught up in drama/speculation/hype, and they call a solid, impartial game.

Love Ron Franklin games from the late 90's to mid 2000's. rnolan had a ton of great games Ron called.
