here’s nothing great about this LSU baseball team, not one damn thing. Bertman always had great defenses and great hitting teams, even when his pitching staff was less than stellar.

Agreed, anyone else who dont is crazy what's he really done besides waste more talent than most coaches get in a lifetime. 1 title with some of the players and teams hes had is embarrassing really

PM had one of the top players in Major League Baseball, but couldn’t win a title, Miles had one of the top players in the NFL but couldn’t win a title. The comparisons are endless, except for the one, PM’s wife is better looking.

Thrilled that we are near the top of the SEC standings!
But you have to look a little deeper than the superficial review of stats that was been done by a poster.
Batting .258 in SEC Not good enough to compete against top teams & we are around .225 against top pitching
Base running errors have occurred much too often - sometmes costing us runs
We can't throw anyone out on basepaths. Kills our ERA
WE don't SAC bunt well. Too many fouls and pop-ups and total misses, occassionally.
Sixth in slugging % and runs scored isn't good enough to win the CWS. HRs - 9th; strikeouts - 4th (non-productive outs);
Last in stolen bases and caught stealing!
On pitching side we have as good of talent as almost any one in the league this year yet our ERA is 6th.
Not being a bitch but they have to pick it up if this team has a chance of competing in Omaha.

The stupidity in this fan base may run more rampant during baseball season than it does during football season, and that’s saying something.
