It was a great game in the road without your most important player and another out for the season. I can’t help that you are too stupid to understand that.

It was a very good effort without your point guard. Reece played very well on the road, but couldn't get it done late. I'm encouraged, we played it to the wire on the road. Goal is to be on the bubble at season's end for this team.

Well yeah. You don’t care about wins and losses so you probably did like this game.

Another loss for McMahon. 14-41 (& counting) in the SEC.

Wrong! Goal is to be comfortably in the NCAA tournament at season’s end. This guy has had plenty of time to get it going.

Spare me on the injuries too. Every team has them and this guy is paid handsomely to figure it out. He needs to stop robbing us blind.

I just don’t view him as being very smart. Look at his writing style.

It was a great effort considering the circumstances.

Maybe it's caused by CTE from competing in the highest levels of sports and the rest of us have been saved from this awful fate by being "unathletic losers who have never competed".

How high are you right now? They faced a press for almost rhe whole game, and with 5 minutes left looked just as dumbfounded as when they first saw it an hour and a half earlier. Absolutely no adjustment, inability to finish at the basket, and got dominated on the boards by a smaller team - the game was far from great.

If it comes down to that, we’re more likely to decline an NIT invite like we did last season - and CJJs 2nd to last season (Simmons) year.

He’s not. Also, him coming into the game thread out of the blue, yelling and calling everyone names that are watching and commenting on the game was bizarre.

He’ll call you unhinged for noticing him being unhinged

Yeah and that was game thread, those are made to comment on the flow of the game. It’s intended to be reactionary.

They love to patrol the game thread and jump at any comment they feel threatens MM. These people are not well, that’s why I avoided the game thread today. Wasn’t going to spend this afternoon watching PK and mcpuff lie and cry all game.

Sutton was a no show

I think DJ makes everyone around him better, but possibly it affects Sutton more. Sutton was amazing in the SMU win. The offense was much more stagnant today that usual. My theory is that DJ is much better at breaking down the defense than Reece, and so the offense doesn't stagnate as easily. I think Sutton benefits more from that than the others, because he is a slasher.

You are correct but what you have to do is run sets to get Sutton the ball in scoring position. Run your 3 across with Sutton as your pick man, isolate him on the elbow, go to a smaller lineup at times with Sutton at the 4. You have to get him going, he’s too important and without DJ you can’t start Sutton with the ball in his hands 22 feet from the basket, he’s a pinch space operator, not a guard.

They did some things well. Allowing over 41.6% ORB is absolutely horrendous and doesn’t have much if anything to do with Thomas.
