I wouldnt say that either, i have heard from guys he was more of an in your face motivator type guy. But to sit here and say these guys sat here for 4yeas, learn nothing, then make an NFL team? Id have to go back and look but i know at least big herm and barksdale made a team, thought tbob did too. I also find it hard to believe the oline is shite when we just had 3k passer, 2 1k receivers, and a 1k rusher. If your oline sucks then no way in hell that happens.
But i see why we are letting him go, they havent been consistent, dominant at times, putrid at others. Plus im guessing the whole NLA thing has got to be corrected.
But i just cant sit here and say he hasnt developed one player or that our oline has just been down right awful, cus neither of those would be true statements.

they actually haven't. but they could've been better. 09 was easily his worst line, but the ones after were pretty good (when they weren't all manner of beat up like 2012).
but hey it's over, he's gone, on to the next guy.

It did start by changing the offensive scheme at that time. OL simply was not fit to have it well run.
