Watching on TV in the AC as opposed to spending close to 4 hours in the heat is making it tough to justify the cost of attending. I preferred attending in person back in the day when half the games were not on TV, and you didn't get multiple 3 minute TV time outs every quarter. TV is ruining the live gameday experience. I live 1,000 feet from campus and I tailgate every home game. But its hard to get excited about attending, especially in September.

Programs that are serious about winning and have booster resources will still invest in facilities. They go hand in hand with the cash payments.

Kids don't give a shite about nostalgia, grandpa. As an LSU fan, some of you guys have some serious Purp and Gold blinders on. Plenty of schools have "storied venues".

Did my post state "LSU's storied venue" or just "storied venue", bubba?

People shite on Lubbock but I go there for work every quarter and it’s crazy the growth of the town and university the last 10 years

It’s a fun area around Tech and they’ve got plenty of money. I always have a good time. Those west Texas people are good people

TAF has a list of facility upgrades planned/ongoing. It may be on their website.
They usually have 24x36 boards on pedestals to show recruits planned projects.

Yep, the arms race for facilities has definitely slowed down, but now all I want from LSU is an upgrade in the concessions! LA is blessed with amazing food, and cold hot dogs and stale popcorn just doesn’t cut it!

Not a single thing matters anymore outside of money and playing time
"Money and Playing Time" is behind "Undefeated Girlfriend" already at the school. (Did LSU even make an attempt to get Sorsby's "Undefeated" to transfer here?)

Season ticket sales at TxTech can't increase because of the number of student tickets (12,000), visitors (3,500) and the size of their stadium (60,000 seats). You could bet me $1M and you would lose. I won't take your money because you can't even count. Texas Tech has sold out their season tickets (33,000) each of the last 2 seasons. You are claiming they will sell 52,800 season tickets for next year and that is impossible. You can get blood out of a turnip.
