He makes terrible decisions and has the pocket awareness of a tuna sandwich. Our O-line sucks, but please be serious.

Good effort. I too am tired of Buss haters. Buss has a pro future! Top of the cream top too. He just hasn’t been allowed to ball out. Now he will!!!!

He's "a" problem.. maybe not the problem

Nuss admitted to Gordon he doesnt need to get in at 5am for film study like Jayden and that he "learned everything from Myles Brennan".. that tells me all i need to know ab his work ethic or lack thereof

Nearly everyone here has hoped he plays well every week. He has not.

Leave your juvenile bullshite in middle school.
Some of y'all are so mentally underdeveloped. It's really sad.

I said he's been far from perfect and has his flaws, but you don't go from 4k yard/30 TD passer last season to what we've seen this year for no reason. Injury has probably played a part, but Nuss didn't forget how to play the position in 9 months.

You nor I know anything about his work ethic or how much time he puts in. I'd be willing to bet he has put in a lot more hours than you would like to think, but that doesn't fit your argument or disdain for him.

don't care if LSU wins by 1 or 100 as long they get the win.

LSU fans deserve at least one game this year where we completely destroy the opponent.

I hope he plays lights out, then walks off with two middle fingers pointed toward the crowd.

ut I see a QB that played well most of last season and one that is physically and mentally exhausted from the arse kickings he's had to deal with this season

This guy is a fifth year senior making over 3 million dollars! He is not a kid but a grown man playing professional football disguised as college football! Blaming all this on the offensive line is no different than blaming everything on Nussmier; it’s not all his fault, but he consistently makes bad throws, bad decisions and has terrible mobility. Reality check is he was greatly overpaid for his playing time here . I wish him the best, seems like a nice person, but he is set for life. If any of us made 3 million dollars and failed at our jobs, or simply were not able to do our jobs as required making that much money we would be fired.

I know what he told Gordon. That he typically gets in the office around 9AM....

"I dont need to get in a 5AM to watch film"... (unlike Jayden).

You either eat, drink and sleep this stuff or you dont. Learned it all from Myles Brennan.

Not true. One journalist has outed him for not putting in the preparation from Spring practice to Fall camp. More knew as well.

Many journalists have held back from what they know. I personally think they did because they also knew BK’s days were numbered. Cauble apparently knew about the lack of work ethic as well, which is why he asked about the offense after the FL win. And the whole world saw what happened.

But to say no one knows about Nussmeier’s off season work ethic is foolish. It’s out there.

The truth is he wasn't all that great last year either. 29 tds and 12 ints isn't great. in sec play last year he had 13 tds and 8 ints with a 59% completion %. THATS NOT GOOD Yeah he threw for a lot of yards but that had to do with only 7 teams in all of cfb calling more passing plays as a % of plays called.
Yes our line isn't good this year....but nuss has made horrible decisions even when given time.

The team and BK have seemed rather off since the first game. I would assume Kelly’s hands off approach is why no one was looking over Nussmeier’s shoulder from May to August and it bit him in the butt. Once Kelly realized Nussmeier had not put in the time, his goose was cooked.

Abdominal injury or no abdominal injury, he was very ill prepared for a below average OL. And he started making the same mistakes he made in the past, making stupid throws and taking stupid sacks, not to mention lacking any ability to recognize a defense.
