Kenzel went overboard on the free BK, but his mom and dad or just mom should have been invited to be on the field for senior day.
The governor has enormous influence over academics and athletics. To not want BK or other family in attendance is crossing the line.
I know Landry is very well liked here and many here voted for him but you have to at least question his influence on football program and how the state ranks among other states.

CBK thought he could just come here and do nothing and win a title. We haven't had a complete team in the 4 years he was here. He and Kenzel can get to stepping.

You do realize that BK being on the field would have over shadowed all the other seniors. Not to mention the boos they would have rained down would have been long and loud. BK knew he couldn’t come back on that field.

He and his family have had a lot to deal with lately.
They're about to have 54 million dollars to help them get over it.
Hiring his old man seemed like a good decision at the time, but the dad quit caring as soon as he started getting the paychecks.
Just let them all go away. Start again somewhere else.
His kid was hurt for what they did to his dad. But it's a smidgen of how hurt millions of LSU alums, fans, coaches and former players feel about the way Kenzel Kelly's dad did his job.

ETA: and he’s not a kid. He graduated high school,in 2020, so he’s either 22 or 23. Old enough to know how to behave on Senior Night.
