The relationship between LSU and OM fans has never been great, but when you add the Kiffin situation (his texting, alleged tampering and stealing OM players) and you bring two of the most passionate fans bases, who love their alcohol and guns, things could get ugly real fast.
I'm hoping in the next few months that the anger and bitterness will wane and we will get to see two great teams settle it on the field, but something tells me that ain't happening, especially this year.
I also have a feeling that Kiffin is sitting his office, along with his assistants, smoking a big Cuban cigar and loving every minute of it!
As of the time of this post, LSU (Lane) has signed 37 players in the portal A total of TWO are from Ole Miss, 1 of them is Harper from Shreveport who was committed to BK but Lane Flipped him (perhaps over NIL coming out of HS, only a theory). 2 out of 37.
They are just pissed because Lane left them and this trying all this getting players from Ole Miss, tampering, etc, etc, etc. is a coping mechanism

I completely agree with you.
However, there is no doubt some drunk 18-23 year ol Miss students gonna throw some shite and cause some fistfights in Oxford.

An overwhelming majority of these people are Christian conservatives. They genarally don't fall into the hissy-fit violence group.
