Dude, lighten up, it has only been 4 days since we lost.

The wheels take time to get moving.

The dude used Arkansas following the 2012 season to get this monstrosity of a buyout. Les was looking out for #1, and didn't do crap for the university, city, and state with that shrewd business move.

Quit lying. You have your head in the sand. You spend a lot of time on the SEC Rant. Those guys don't respect Les Miles' coaching ability. They laugh at him.

No, it's you who should be embarrassed, not only for your dumbass posts, but for not knowing that "it's" is not a possessive.

See my first sentence for the proper use of "it's."

Besides being the board laughingstock, you're just another sidewalk "fan" who hates all dat lib'rul edjamicashun at LSU.

But hey, keep posting your asinine shite. Being a laughingstock DOES serve a purpose.

Yes, I'm extremely embarrassed by the way our team didn't even show up against bama, which happened to be our biggest game since the NC of 2012.

If Bama wanted to get rid of Saban, do you think everyone would say they are insane for letting him go? The answer is no. People would be jumping for joy. So the fact that other schools think we're crazy for letting Les go should tell you something.

A coach asks to be paid among the best in all of college football. We are just crazy to expect that to translate into a decent product on the field.

This is the monster ESPN and Twitter have created. It's like watching a presidential debate and getting angry at America for being so fricking stupid and ignorant - we went from renaissance men like Jefferson and Adams to dipshits like Cruz & Clinton.

This is America. Manners have fallen by the wayside. Other areas have improved dramatically, but the price we paid for those improvements was class.

This is the monster the athletic arms race among big universities has created. Not that different than politics. Big money donors expect, and get, influence. But the program would never have been built to what it is without private money. But now the schools have to deal with them demanding a say in what happens.

You seem like a complete mouth breathing dumbass. You have no idea what the hell you're talking about.

And I am a gigantic sunshine pumping positiger. It is time to move this program in a different direction.

I agree with everything you said.

This could set the program back 5 years. And that assumes we get someone "better."

Dumbasses think those coaches are out there with guaranteed playoffs in their back pockets. Freaking idiots.

Maybe some of us (like Choctaw) should read less of this board if we can't separate what is actually going on and what idiots spout off about.

Do you stupid mother frickers not realize how badly one more year would destroy the program at this point? You think top level recruits will want to commit not knowing who the the coach will be in 2 years?

Glad to see you're hanging in there. Was worried about you yesterday morning. Let me guess, we're young, we're one year away, all we need is a good QB... Yeah I've heard those excuses.

So if we get Jimbo and win 11 games next year would you be happy or mad?

They need to worry about Charlie Strong wrecking their own program in Austin. He did beat their main rival though, so there's that.

Word/rumor/rant/speculation around here is Saban is coming to Austin. But, they would take Miles in a second.... so would 90% of the teams in the NCAA. These fans won't know how good they have it, until he leaves. THEN...my posts will be "do you miss me now?"..

At least you're consistently stupid, all the way to the end. I guess you can hang your hat on that.

I can see your point and how you came to your conclusion. But to be fair to both sides, we don't know all the details. Do we know for a fact that CLM was not given an option to be able to retire with a reduced buyout? Do we know for a fact that he was not given an option in one form or another to be able to step down and leave with dignity pending on a few financial negotiations?

I'm not saying this is the case, but it's plausible. Business is business, maybe he refused to take a reduction in buyout and is leaving the administration no other option than to force him out. This is the same man that played lsu like a fiddle with the Arkansas job, and I don't fault him for that, it's business.
